So I had my first day off in two weeks and after running around 12+ shows since Monday I think it was well deserved. I decided to take a trip to a tiny little lake town about 15 minutes away with one of my roommates and another girl who works in the costume shop. (Yes this is the same place that I took a picture of earlier and just as promised I went back, look at that commitment to follow through)
Also in other news just found out that The Highlander is now available for instant play on Netflix - all is right with the world again.
Things I've learned about myself this past week:
*Buffalo sauce anywhere besides the midwest is a triffle too spicy for me
*I CAN go without a lot of sleep - but I just don't really like it and the less sleep I have the less likely I am to be able to thread a needle ...
*my torso is unnaturally long for most bathing suits (thanks genetics)

PICTURE,PHOTOS, AND BLURBS

hear ye hear ye dun-dun-dun-dUUn welcome to Skateatelles (or however you spell it)
THE LAKE: It was so beautiful and clear we sat for a little while with our feet dangling over and just looking at the water (which thoroughly enjoyed) also does that picture of stairs and gate remind anyone else of Pirates of the Caribbean or is that just me, I mean I would understand if it was just me)

walking through an alley to get to the water, this is what I call an "artsy" picture the one disappearing into the white light is my roommate (first successful photo-bomb)

THESE ARE AMAZING AND DELICIOUS, Pirogies

This is not the way to treat new friends (they exploded) also is it just me or do these look nothing like the picture above (aside from the exploded parts) just saying - I was being misled right from the get go - thanks Wegman's thanks.

some people think that Auburn is a little drab - and yes in some places it can kind of look a little industrial and run down but I think you just got to appreciate when the scenery surprises you - and take it for what it's worth.

I want to work in a library that looks like that one!
