Oh the Sailor's Life For Me

Today consisted of making blue ties that will go on sailor costumes, adding buttons to skirts to make them look more sailor like and finding aviator sun-glasses (this last thing just made me want to champ my teeth like Val Kilmer in Tog Gun ... no worried I did an "IceMan" impression :) ) and taking off the sleeves of a tux jacket - I mean really how can you lead a stressed life when one of your jobs is to rip something apart (well I mean I have to put it back together, but that is a job for tomorrow)

I heard tell that while at work the sun decided to come out and make everything warm, sadly when it was end of day this wasn't the case anymore BUT the sun does look like its making a slight appearance and I cannot wait for it to be sunny and warm and to walk around the town and look at all the cool houses and churches, lots of pictures to come I promise. There is this one Catholic church that is right down the road from me that looks like it was plucked right from an 16th century English countryside.

On a domestic note as soon as I got home I opened up all the windows I could get to hopefully now the smell of cigarettes and incense (both left from the previous tenant) will be gone with the breeze ... I hope, I hope, I hope.
