And now for a little photo dump for ya'll.

Mi Casa Mexicana - a REALLY REALLY good Mexican Restaurant that is not a dive (like I had earlier hoped) however the food forgives this fact very quickly - "so good, so good, so good"
THE TALE OF THE BOILED EGG ... (dun dun dun)
This was my attempt at making dinner, when I pulled it out of the water it kind of looked like a little baby hatching out of the shell, but when I unpeeled it EGG PIPE was revealed.
**Wegman's. Okay so I will be honest I was kind of over people ranting and raving about this place, mostly because it was a grocery store and I'm like yeah, ok sure its great I'm sure but its just a grocery store - and then I shopped there - and I'm not saying that I experienced a life altering experiance and my world has been turned upside down or anything - but I will say it wasn't what I was expecting and I was pleasantly surprised. The big thing is that their Organic section is pretty decent - and let's not begin to think I am a nose-in-the-air-organic-or-bust-nut because I'm not but it reminded me of Everybody's in Iowa ( my first summerstock job ) the little mom and pop WholeFoods store and it was nice to be in something familiar. And having said this I may or may not be buying a box of Arthur the Aardvark mac n' cheese as homage to that summer ... just saying
